At TactiVault, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TactiVault is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
